I had a Bush Hog loader that frooze up all the time. This is what you do. Take a Dremel tool with a thin cut-off blade. At the lowest point make a cut in the rubber coating under the steel cables. This will let the water to run out. I then put tran-mission oil down the lines from inside the cab and from the control value.
